Company History
Eastman Group Limited (“EGL”) was incorporated as Eastman McMillan Pty Ltd on 26 February 1992. The name was changed to Eastman Group Pty Ltd on 3 December 2001 and, upon change to an unlisted public company, to Eastman Group Limited on 11 March 2003.

Bernard Eastman established the company as a result of his belief that there is a constant demand internationally for tuneful musicals and light operas.
